Updating ilo firmware Free meet to fuck sites no credit card
Hello, How to update HP i LO firmware on HP DL380 when you are on an ESXi version 6.5 but doesn't have VCenter? I also dont have a linux box to try to extract the bin file from the .vmexe HP download.
I was given below steps by HP to update a firmware and a driver: To use HP Insight Control for v Center: • Log in to the v Sphere Client.
• Select a server or cluster in the inventory tree. • Follow Insight Control for v Center steps to update firmware using a Smart Component To update firmware from VMware ESXi operating system on target server: • Enable Tech Support Mode on the ESXi host. (You must be root in order to apply the update.) • Place the Smart Component zip file in a temporary directory.
• Unzip the file • Ensure that CPXXXXXX.vmexe is executable by using the command: chmod x CPXXXXXX.vmexe • From the same directory, execute the Smart Component.
For example: ./CPXXXXXX.vmexe • Follow the directions given by the Smart Component.
• Logout • Disable Tech Support Mode on the ESXi host.

So if there is any servers with older i LO version, don’t upgrade them to i LO 2.53 and upgrade them to 2.54 directly.
Try 7zip to extract the .vmexe Or see if you can get a windows version of the installer and open it with 7zip...
You should find the file in there and you can update from the ILO interface under administration...
The state of HP’s site is a rant for a future post, but for now here’s a quick guide to getting your hands on the latest i LO3 revision.
The sole catch is that you’ll need a Microsoft Windows-based PC at some stage, irrespective of which OS you have installed on the server itself (Open Indiana in my case).
